Our infrastructure. Your solution.

Offer communication services to your own customers without building the entire telecom layer yourself.

Free and non-binding. You talk to someone technical, not a sales script.

  • You own the proposition
  • You own the customer relationship
  • Althicom provides the infrastructure underneath

Does this sound like your setup?

  1. 01

Are you managing more carrier relationships than customers?

Voice from one supplier, numbers from another, messaging somewhere else. Every layer is another contract, another portal and another escalation path.

  2. 02

Does adding one service mean starting a new supplier project?

A customer asks for SMS, fixed IP or an extra country and the answer depends on how long the next onboarding takes.

  3. 03

Is your supplier visible to your customer?

Portals, invoices and support replies that carry somebody else's brand put another party inside a relationship you built.

  4. 04

Do you end up explaining your own architecture to support?

Routing, porting and provisioning questions rarely survive a first-line script.

Who is this for?

Three ways partners use the same infrastructure

Telecom resellers, managed service providers, hosted PBX providers, software platforms, integrators, IT service companies and organisations building communication into their own customer proposition.

If the customer buys from you, Althicom can remain underneath.

Managed IT provider

You sell IT support, workplace and devices, and the customer keeps asking about the phones. Business calling, numbers and routing sit underneath your own contract.

Hosted voice or PBX provider

You have the platform, the portal and the service design already. Carrier voice, SIP connectivity, number resources and porting stay in the background.

Wholesale voice

Software platform

Your product needs to call, text or verify without sending users somewhere else. Messaging and voice APIs and numbers stay invisible to the end customer.

Start with the services your proposition needs

Use one layer or combine several. Add another later without replacing what already works.

What stays yours

Keep your customer relationship

Your customer does not need another visible supplier simply because part of the underlying infrastructure comes from Althicom.

Build the commercial proposition around your own brand and customer relationship. We focus on the technical layer underneath.

Your brand stays yours

Althicom does not need to become the visible product your customers buy.

That matters if you have invested in your own service proposition, portal, support model and customer base.

Use our infrastructure behind it.

Support your own customers

You remain the primary commercial relationship with your customer.

When the issue sits inside the Althicom infrastructure, our technical team works with you on the underlying service so you can continue to manage the customer relationship at your level.

Before you get in touch

Do my customers see Althicom?

No. Althicom does not need to become the visible product your customers buy. You build the proposition, the portal and the customer relationship around your own brand.

Do I have to take the whole stack?

No. Start with the layer your proposition needs and combine others later. Adding messaging or connectivity does not mean replacing the technical relationship that already works.

Who supports my customer?

You do. You remain the primary commercial relationship. When the issue sits inside the Althicom infrastructure, our technical team works with you on the underlying service.

Do I have to fit a fixed white-label package?

No. Partners sell in different ways, from managed IT to hosted voice, platform access and industry software. The infrastructure underneath should support that model rather than turn every reseller into the same package.

Who will I be talking to?

People who work on the infrastructure. Routing, migration, provisioning and API questions are handled by technical people, not by a product configurator.

Ready to talk through the architecture?

Tell us what you sell today, which communication layers you need and how you want the customer relationship to work.

We can then map the infrastructure underneath it.
