Change without starting over

A new communication setup does not mean everything you use today has to disappear.

We begin with the systems, suppliers, numbers and workflows already in place.

Then we connect, migrate or replace only what needs changing.

Free and non-binding. You talk to someone technical, not a sales script.

Understand

We map the current environment.

Services. Suppliers. Numbers. Applications. Integrations. Users. Technical requirements.

The goal is to understand not only what you have, but which parts are actually causing the problem.

Sometimes the issue is the phone system. Sometimes it is routing. Sometimes it is a network limitation, missing API, poor number management or unnecessary manual process.

For reseller and platform projects, we also look at the boundary between your customer-facing product and the infrastructure underneath it.

Design

We define the architecture around what needs to work.

Not around a fixed package.

That may mean one Althicom service connected to an existing environment or a broader combination of voice, messaging, connectivity and APIs.

For direct business customers, the design may include 3CX, Microsoft Teams, numbers and integrations. For a reseller, the visible user experience may remain entirely outside Althicom.

Connect

We configure the required services and connect them to systems already in use.

Where APIs or direct integrations make more sense than another user interface, we use them.

The aim is to add the missing layer without duplicating tools the organisation already has.

Migrate

We move numbers, services and traffic carefully and minimise disruption to employees, customers and applications.

Migration is planned around the existing operation, not treated as an excuse to rebuild everything.

Where number porting, carrier dependencies or third-party systems are involved, those constraints become part of the migration plan from the start.

Support

Communication infrastructure keeps evolving.

Users change. Applications change. Markets change. Requirements change.

We remain involved when the environment needs adjustment, troubleshooting or another technical layer.

What we try to keep

Working numbers. Useful applications. Existing customer processes. Integrations that already deliver value.

There is no benefit in replacing something simply because a new supplier is involved.

What we change

The parts that create unnecessary manual work, unreliable routing, supplier complexity, poor integration or technical limitations.

Sometimes that is one component. Sometimes the architecture needs a broader redesign.

It is intended for situations where you already know roughly what needs to happen and want to focus on the actual setup rather than sit through a generic sales presentation.

Useful preparation includes the systems you use today, number requirements, target markets, expected traffic, integration needs and the problem you are trying to solve.

What happens during a technical call?

A technical call takes 30 or 45 minutes, depending on the specialist, for architecture, implementation and technical questions.
