Visiting this website
This website sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and loads nothing from other parties: no analytics, no advertising, no chat. See our cookie policy.
Like every web server, ours receives the address of your device (IP address), the page you ask for, the time, and what your browser says about itself. This website runs on a server that we manage ourselves. The server writes these details to its log, which we use only to keep the website working and secure; that is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). The server keeps this log for 7 days.
When you contact us
When you email or call us, we use your name, contact details and what you tell us to answer you: to take steps you ask for before a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) or, for other questions, our legitimate interest in answering them (Article 6(1)(f)). We keep what you send or tell us, and the details of a meeting you book, for as long as we need them to handle your question or appointment. We keep them longer only where the law requires it, for example seven years for invoices and administration under Dutch tax law. After that we delete them.
Booking a meeting
The links to book a meeting lead to Microsoft Bookings, a service of Microsoft. What you enter there is processed by Microsoft for us, as our processor under Microsoft's data protection terms. How Microsoft handles personal data is described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation you may ask us for access to your personal data, and for correction, erasure, restriction, or a copy to take elsewhere; you may also object to how we use it. Send your request to the address above.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
